Umganu Lodge is a breath-taking retreat built on the banks of the river, providing uninterrupted views of the world renowned Kruger National Park. This sprawling 600m2 air-conditioned lodge can accommodate 10 guests in 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, each stylishly decorated. The master suite also boasts its own private, heated plunge pool. Umganu Lodge also has a separate accommodation suite with its own private bathroom and kitchen which can be used as the pilot or child-minder's suite. The spacious indoor living areas lead onto an undercover patio which is furnished with a 12-seater dining table, bar counter, built-in braai and a heated swimming pool. A row of sunbeds are supplied to soak up the sun and enjoy the river views. Alongside the pool is the sunken boma area, where families and friends can enjoy the thrilling sounds of the night under a star studded sky. Upstairs is a viewing deck with day beds and chairs for panoramic views of the animals which frequent the river. There is also a telescope for guests to enjoy close-up action of the wild.
