If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee The staff fee is included in the rate. To ensure all guests and neighbours have a peaceful and relaxing holiday, there is a strict NO NOISE policy between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
