RATES & PAYMENTS The rates below are a guide and will only be confirmed when making your reservation enquiry Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2026 RATES Low Season R3 000.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) High Season R4 500.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Peak Season R5 000.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 – Late check out fee Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Overtime rates will apply. Please tip staff for their service. Breakage/Damage Deposit A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, provided there are no breakages/losses. No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they damage the roads on the estate. Aloha 15 Cottage does not have DSTV. Guests can access the internet and streaming services via the Wi-Fi provided and make use of the Smart TV. No pets permitted, guests will be asked to vacate the premises should they arrive with pets. Please lock your rooms when not occupied and keep valuables in a safe place. It is not advisable to turn the microwave, the toaster and the kettle on at the same time as it might result in a power trip. Linen will be changed twice a week to be mindful of the environment. The staff will load data onto the sim card with a data bundle package of your choice, the data bundle purchase is at the cost of the client. Please note, that items left outside at night are usually very wet in the morning due to the high level of humidity and condensation in the air. Should the property be booked by a group of young adults, kindly note no under 25's permitted without parental/adult supervision. This house may not be used for any function or event under any circumstances — including birthdays, weddings, parties, or gatherings of any kind. To ensure all guests and neighbours have a peaceful and relaxing holiday, there is a strict NO NOISE policy between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights. Please thoroughly wash/rinse off all tanning lotions/oils before making use of the bathroom towels as well as bed linen. The oils stain the linen and towels and will need to be replaced at your own cost.
