This white, plantation style home is perch against the hill side of Zinkwazi - about 200 metres from the beach - an easy walk. The house has the most beautiful sea views from every room and you will wake up to views of the Indian Ocean in all its glory. 

This large 12 sleeper double story home accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children and is surrounded by shaded verandas on both floors, along with stack-doors. The cool breeze through the house makes the air-conditioning almost unnecessary.

The house is fully air-conditioned and offer an active DSTV card and decoder. In addition a Gas Weber is available and the home is secured by partial fencing, an electric gate, security beams and alarm which is supported by an armed response team. 

The bottom floor has a large, spacious, open plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen, scullery and laundry. The kitchen boasts 2 x dishwashers, a chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. 

On the top floor is the 1st Bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds, the 3rd Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, the 4th Bedroom with 2 Single beds and the 5th Bedroom with a Double bed. 

Please note that the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Bedrooms are supported by 2 separate bathrooms which has a large shower, toilet and basin. 

Perfect for families with a blue pool that lends to lazy sun soaked opportunities. Whilst social get togethers can be spent around the huge bar and dining area.
