The perfect beach house in Zinkwazi – with incredible panoramic sea views and lagoon views. This 12 sleeper homes provide plenty space for the whole family and perfectly equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable self-catering escape by the beach. 

The 12 sleeper home accommodates a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With 2 additional pull out beds for 2 small children (on request) 

Upstairs comprises of the main bedroom (1st bedroom), with double bed and full en-suite bathroom and walk in closet and has its own little veranda to enjoy your morning coffee. Downstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed & 2 pull out beds (children under 10 only), en-suite with shower, toilet and basin, opening onto the pool and lawn. The third bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin and the 4th bedroom with double bed, en-suite with bath, basin toilet and shower. The 5th bedroom has 2 single beds, en-suite with shower, basin and toilet.

In addition there is a cozy flat with its own veranda and slight sea views has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette. The flat has a double bed and bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. The flat does not have access to TV at all. (please note there is an additional charge should you wish to add the Flat)

The home offers a large covered veranda and open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, prep bowl, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 2 bar fridges. The house provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs is a Large open plan TV lounge, under cover braai area, pool room and veranda. And the front veranda is shaded and has a large table for al-fresco meals whilst overlooking the Ocean. The pool is fenced and gated and there is an abundance of pool and garden furniture to enjoy. 

There are no garages available, but the property supplies 2 under cover parking bays and open off road parking for more cars.

There is also a spacious entertainment area with braai facilities (shielded from the wind) Wi-Fi provided and DSTV.

The home is located one road back from the beach, however, you can park at the beach or use a set of access stairs nearby for a short walk to the beach.
