The entertainment area offers a semi wrap-around swimming pool with bar service directly to those relaxing in the pool (great ringside seats for those must-see sports events), a large airy restaurant which serves up a variety of hearty meals with fresh seafood dominating the menu and the most popular bar in town – The Thirsty Parrot.

Self catering accommodation at Sunset Lodge is offered in cool, well-designed, tiled chalets with thatched roofs. These 8 and 10 sleeper spacious units are fully equipped for self-catering and comprise 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area.

The chalets are equipped with all the basic amenities including a gas stove, electric fridge, a chest freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils and linen. All beds are fitted with mosquito nets and the cottages are serviced daily.

Situated on the dunes approximately 1,5km from the beach, the chalets have stunning views of the beach and the Inhambane bay from their individual patio and braai (barbeque) areas.

We had trouble with the toilets not flushing properly and the water in the shower was only trickling through.  However the response to our problems were sorted out immediately.  The staff working at the houses were excellent.  The service at the bar was excellent. The beds were big and comfortable and houses are spacious. 

There is were even friendly dogs and friendly village dogs who slept one night in our house.

We really had a fantastic time
