Mar e Sol 31 is a large holiday house in Ponta do Ouro. This unit is situated in the 3rd row from the beach front with a short walk to the access gate to the beach.

The property comprises 31A, the 4 bedroom main house upstairs and 31B, the 2 bedroom unit downstairs. Each of these units can be rented separately.

House 31A has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom.

The two main bedrooms each have a double bed, the two back rooms each have twin beds (cannot be pushed together).

The house has an open plan kitchen, lounge with DSTV and dining area which lead out to the spacious deck with blissful views of the ocean and the breakers below. The deck is equipped with a gas braai and dining area.

Unit 31B is situated underneath 31A and can accommodate a total of 4 people in two bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.  There are 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers. 

The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 plate stove, microwave, and fridge/deep freeze combo. Cutlery and crockery for 4 guests is provided.

The kitchen area opens onto a small enclosed patio (limited seaviews) which has a gas braai and outdoor dining furniture (this unit has no lounge area nor a TV).

The fenced deck area has very limited seaviews – but it's a great place to relax and enjoy alfresco meal.

The upmarket Mar e Sol estate has 24 hour security and each house has a walkway to the beach.

R1 500.00 refundable key deposit on arrival

Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors.  Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager (Dishes at R10.00 per load and Laundry at R30.00 per load)

Border Transfers to Mar E Sol are available on request for non 4x4 vehicles (safe parking at the border for approximately R50.00 per day)

Kosi Bay Border opens at 08h00 and closes at 17h00
