GUEST REVIEWS FOR PONTA DO OURO PRIVATE HOUSE
Friendliness: Excellent
Cleanliness: Good
Facilities: Average
Overall: Good
The wooden bench on the Balcony broke when we sat on it, this is due to lack of maintenance and ware and tare. Lucky we did not get hurt.
The Toilet in the house was always leaking badly even the corridor was under water, so we had to use the outside Toilet.
This is a really nice Facility, but it needs some attention.
Louise, January 2022 – ponta do ouro private house
Our stay at Private house was extremely disappointing to say the least. The house is not maintained at all and is in a shocking state.
Then we had no water because someone decided to switch the pump off.
Electricity- how can you have 2 separate levels and only 1 meter. We had the people from the bottom just walking in to our section to load electricity.

The house is very basic but lovely. The entertainment area was wonderful we really used that a lot. Location was perfect, we walked everywhere because we were right in town. Bongani and Adel who are looking after the place are Total Gems! J They saw to our every need and made us feel so special. We will definitely book again.
