Mkomazana Mountain Cottages in the Southern Drakensberg nestle at the foot of the famous Sani Pass, amidst a backdrop of breath-taking mountainous scenery.
The challenging Sani Pass extends up windy, steep gravel roads to the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho where you will be able to visit ‘the highest pub in Africa’ (bring your passport)!
The five self-catering cottages are privately situated and each has its own character, garden and wood burning fireplace. Accommodating between 2-6 people, the cottages are spacious yet cosy, comfortable and very pleasantly styled. The 6 sleeper cottages comprise 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Barn is a communal, relaxed guest area with DSTV, pool table and table tennis.
The four dams on the property, stocked with trout, attract a variety of birds and wildlife including eland and reedbuck.
With fresh, crisp mountain air, pure cascading waterfalls, mountain streams and pristine country surrounds, Mkomazana is a nature lover’s paradise waiting for you to explore and discover.
