GUEST REVIEWS FOR BALEIA VISTA, PONTA DO OURO, MOZAMBIQUE
Service: Friendly service, prompt and professional
Friendliness: Excellent
Cleanliness: Good
Facilities: Good
Overall: Good
Was a lovely stay at Baleia Vista. We were staying in a luxury tent which was spacious. Beds were comfy and the tent was cleaned and made up every morning. There was a light not working in front of the tent, but nothing too hectic There was no power and water for a couple of days, but they were shut off in the morning and came back on in the evenings. The food! Absolutely delicious, and the staff remembered how we preferred our meals... like I like my french toast with cinnamon and honey, and I only had to say it the one time. We went in between peak seasons so it was nice and quiet.
Had a wonderful time.

Service: Good
Friendliness: Good
Cleanliness: Good
Facilities: Good - However, previously we had complementary internet at the pool/bar area.
This time we had to buy vouchers and even though we bought the vouchers, the internet was not working.
Overall: Good
Guests from the wooden houses booked the boma area for a private party/birthday 1 night. While there is no problem with that, we were not informed by Baleia and I have to say those people/guests very rude and unpleasant. Probably not Baleia's problem, but if we were informed we would have chosen another night to use the boma.
Anyway, Mozambique was nice as always

Overall we had an awesome stay. We enjoyed Baleia Vista and Ponta very much. The staff is very friendly, especially Roger and his older brother. We will definitely visit again. And thank you for the Portuguese milk tarts!! It was awesome!
