Quay West is situated in the West Coast Village of Velddrif approximately 90 minutes north of Cape Town.

Velddrif is a hidden gem. Originally a fishing village, the town is located 2km upstream from where the Berg River flows into the Atlantic Ocean at St.Helena Bay. Velddrif is 'Bokkom' territory! Bokkoms is fish biltong - whole, salted and dried-in-the-sun mullet

Quay West is a lock-up-and-go holiday house, situated 40m from the Berg River, is an ideal spot to relax and experience quality time in a homely atmosphere.

Accommodation is provided in a cosy double story holiday house which has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and patios upstairs, an open plan modern kitchen, dining and lounge area downstairs. The lounge features a gas fireplace and Satellite TV, the kitchen a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge leads onto a covered terrace with braai facilities.

Peace and tranquillity awaits you in Velddrif, along with wide open spaces to explore and a large variety of water birds on the estuary including flamingos and pelicans
