Kagga Kamma offers superior accommodation in 5 spacious, thatched huts, 10 unique sandstone caves, a 2 sleeper open-air sky suite, a 2 sleeper open-air star suite, an 8-10 sleeper self-catering, family chalet and for the ultimate wilderness escape - 5 camping sites accommodating up to 14 adults.   

The 5 spacious, thatched hut suites, resemble the traditional dwellings of the San clans. Each hut has a king or twin bed, with en-suite bathroom, double sleeper couch, air-conditioner, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and bathrobes. The huts are perfectly designed for 2 adults and 2 children.  

The 10 unique caves, are constructed from natural sandstone - each with own terrace and incredible views, simply furnished with comfort in mind. Equipped with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioner, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and bathrobe. 

For the ultimate romantic escape, Kagga Kamma offers 2 open air rooms - the star suite and sky suite. The star suite is an open-air room, set on a private platform 3km's from the main lodge. The glittering Milky Way is your ceiling. This is by no way "roughing it" - beautiful queen size bed, a natural rock pool and star bath are available. 

The open air sky suite is nestled in a rocky outcrop on one of the highest peaks in Kagga Kamma, offering a truly romantic experience. Furnished with an open-air shower, boma, wood-fired hot tub and wood solid furniture. The most incredible feature is what nature has to offer - the changing colour of the sky. From deep reds, oranges and yellows of the sunset over the valley. 

The 8-10 sleeper self-catering family chalet consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children on a double sleeper couch. 

For the ultimate wilderness experience and to release your inner adventurer the campsites are your calling. The Swartrug Camp consists of 5 stands, each without power. A communal warm water ablution and large swimming pool is located 1.5km's away. 

The Bobbejaanskraans Camp is only accessible by 4x4. A great getaway spot, with no designated camping stands, electricity or water. 

The extensive wellness spa and 2 luxurious swimming pools formed around enormous boulders, blend seamlessly into the rock formations.

Awake to the rising sun over the distant mountains, partake in the on-site activities on offer, sip on pre-dinner sundowners, dine under the starry night sky and relish in the endless colourful vistas.
