Sandstone Sleeper Estate situated on the Renoster Spruit in the countryside north of Bloemfontein, is a unique venue constructed from sandstone and dark sleeper wood topped with thatched roofs.

This superb multi-structured estate plays host to numerous wedding parties, year-end parties and conferences, both on land or on the double-decker houseboat.

The main air-conditioned function hall can accommodate 250 seated guest with ample space for a dance floor and overnight accommodation is provided in 25 double rooms with en suite bathrooms.

All the rooms are individually styled and have full en suite bathrooms, tea/coffee station, TV with satellite channels, mini bar and patio.
