This 12 sleeper holiday home in Zinkwazi just 30 minutes north of Salt Rock, KZN has perfect, panoramic sea views. The spacious and upmarket home is well equipped and perfectly located. Close to the beach with easy beach access and within easy walking distance to the main beach. 

Perfect for families travelling with young children as the swimming pool has a safety net. The 4 bedroom home comprises 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a dormitory. All bedrooms are en-suite and there is a guest bathroom. All bedrooms have fans, built-in cupboards and hangers are provided. 3 Bedrooms open onto a wide balcony with sea views. 1st bedroom with a Double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2x single beds and the 3rd bedroom with 2 x single beds. The dormitory is ideal for kids with 4 single beds & 1 bunk bed. 

There are 5 bathrooms in which only the 1 bathroom of the main bedroom has a bath, the rest offers showers. 

The double storey home offers a very spacious living area with open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, guest loo, and scullery. The living area opens onto a large veranda overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with all cutlery and crockery provided. The kitchen also has a microwave, hob and oven and enough fridge and freezer space. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is serviced, and Wi-Fi and DSTV is provided. There is a large covered veranda with furniture overlooking the pool and a fully functional built-in braai. The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate and security beams. There is enough secure parking behind the house with easy access to the kitchen when the car needs off-loading.
