This Ballito Beach Villa is located on the popular Ballito promenade – with direct beach access, incredible sea views and within an easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The upmarket villa can accommodate up to 6 adults with the option of booking the upstairs penthouse for an additional 2 guests. 

The beautifully furnished and modern property is ideally designed for families who are in need of that added “slice of luxury”. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a California king size bed, walk in closet, en-suite full bathroom (with double vanities) and stackable doors that lead to the patio area with hammock. 

The second bedroom has a king size extra length bed with an en-suite shower and access to the patio. Whilst the third bedroom comprises a king size extra length bed with stackable doors to the patio area, also set with outdoor furniture and a hammock.

Each room offers those much appreciated luxuries – Goose down bedding, Egyptian cotton, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and beautiful sea views!

The single storey beach house has a fully equipped open plan kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dish washer) and dining room. For those who enjoy alfresco dining – the outdoor entertainment area is ideally designed with an outdoor firepit, an outdoor dining area and a private swimming pool overlooking the promenade, tidal pool and beach. 

The firepit is also perfect for an evening braai with the relaxing sound of the waves crashing in the background.

Additional guests can be booked in combination with the 2 sleeper penthouse (this penthouse will be available for other guests on an exclusive basis) and is ideally designed for a couples retreat. 

The penthouse is newly built with all the luxuries one would need on a romantic retreat. With a California king size bed, goose down bedding, Egyptian cotton and your own private rim flow swimming pool. 

The 2 sleeper penthouse comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (shower only) with an ultra-modern kitchen and lounge with sea views. The Mexican inspired rooftop offers an intimate fire pit, outdoor lounging and dining area. Please note no children under 16 years of age can be accommodated in the penthouse.

The beautifully maintained property offers a Bluetooth sound bar for both units, uncapped Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping (excludes Sundays) and state of the art security.
