This incredible 12 sleeper freestanding home is situated along the upmarket Townsend road in Ballito, North Coast Kwa-Zulu Natal and leaves one breathless on arrival. The expansive holiday home sits on a large plot and offers memorising sea views throughout the house. 

Generously equipped with all the luxuries one would need – from a fully equipped kitchen with scullery, 2 undercover parking bays plus more parking on the driveway, tennis court and numerous entertainment areas. 

The self-catering home comprises 6 en-suite bedrooms, 5 of them have air-conditioning. 

The Master Suite ​is situated on the top floor with a king bed, walk in wardrobe, open plan en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms are also situated on the top floor with king bed, open plan bathroom with bath and shower and sliding doors that lead to a balcony. The 3rd bedroom, however has an outdoor shower. 

 The 4th bedroom and 5th bedroom situated on the first floor offer a king size bed in the one and 2 three quarter beds in the other. Both have sliding doors onto a balcony and full bathrooms with outdoor showers.

The 6th bedroom is available on request for any overflow of guests – situated on the ground floor, near the kitchen – much smaller with a double bed and en-suite shower. 

The home is beautifully decorated – ultra modern, yet warm at the same time – the main feature being the expansive 25 metre rim flow swimming pool that boasts the most incredible views that spread from the Durban Harbour to the Tugela Mouth.

One should note that the pool is not fenced and those travelling with young children are to be cautious at all times. 

In addition please note that the owners have built two further houses on the property for their parents (these two homes will be occupied by family during the holiday season, though will not be in your way at all)

Please note that the owners live in another house on the property and they have cats. The cats live with them, however they cannot stop them from roaming the property. Please bare this in mind if you have allergies
