Stevensford Game Reserve is situated on the Limpopo River, in Botswana’s Tuli Block – an ideal stop over when travelling through Botswana as only 23kms from the Martins Drift/Groblersbridge Border post. The Reserve is home to many species such as zebra, waterbuck, kudu, crocodile, hippopotamus and more.

The air-conditioned cottages are set within small private camps. All bedrooms have en-suite showers and premium beds with beautiful white cotton linen and towels, ceiling fans and mosquito nets. Additional amenities include
own private boma areas which are fully equipped with all the necessities for indoor and outdoor cooking. Wood fires are lit for guests in the centre - ideal for al-fresco dining.

The Game Bird Cottage comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with a separate entrance. An attractive thatched kitchen and dining boma is fully equipped for 8 persons with an outdoor braai area. Sun loungers are provided.

Motswedi Lodge comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with separate entrance in a dramatic bush camp. One bedroom has an adjoining bunkroom for two children. A high thatched boma with kitchen, dining and patio area is fully equipped for up to 12 guests.

Lecha Lodge is an en-suite family cottage comprising of the main bedroom area with two ¾ size beds and an adjoining bunkroom for two children. A separate and romantic meru-style safari tent on raised deck provides en-suite accommodation for an additional 2 guests. A thatched hide-style boma is fully equipped for six persons.

TreeFrog Cottage is a charming double en-suite cottage with adjoining bunk room for a child with a small private dining area – this cottage can also be used as overflow accommodation for Motswedi or Lecha.

The large shady campsites are situated on the banks of the Limpopo River which accommodates up to six four man tents around a centralised fire area with a flush toilet and bush shower. Drinking water and firewood can be provided.

On-site day and night game drives are available in two, 10 seater canopied Landrovers. Guests are permitted to use their own vehicles for game drives, on the eastern part of the farm.

Additional on-site activities include nature walks, fishing, mountain biking, star gazing, target shooting and birding. For the more relaxed at heart – a reservoir, which is kept sparkling clean, offers a wonderful place to cool down and watch the game that may stroll by.
