Mar e Sol 11 is a 4 bedroom self-catering house in Ponta do Ouro.  The house is situated in a secure, upmarket estate.

Unit 11 can accommodate a total of 8 people in 4 air conditioned bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge/kitchen and a spacious deck with seaviews.

The two front rooms each have double beds, the 2 rear rooms each have a single and a bunk bed.

House 11 is situated high up the dune and has stunning ocean views.

Low Season – Minimum 2 night stay

The water in the resort is borehole water and has proved safe to drink in the past, however it is recommended that the filtered water from the fridge fountain be used for drinking purposes or bottled water be purchased in the village.

Guests required to bring:

Beach and Bath Towels

No smoking permitted inside the houses.

Guests shall be responsible to the lodge for any damage to premises, furniture or other objects.  Or for the removal of any item from the premises.

R500.00 refundable key deposit on arrival

Cleaners will clean bathrooms, make the beds and sweep the floors.  Should guests require additional tasks, please arrange with the manager at reception.

Border Transfers to Mar E Sol are available on request for non 4x4 vehicles (safe parking at the border for approximately R50.00 per day)

Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful stay. I would rate the stay a 4 (good), there was a room where the air-conditioning was not working well and in the heat, would have been a blessing to have AC working in all the rooms. The only other thing was that the DSTV was not working in our unit and despite the technician’s attempts there was nothing that could have been done about it. It would have been great for those days where we wanted to lounge around at the house prior to starting with activities to have access to this facility. However, all in all it was a great experience.
