ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW

An upmarket self-catering house in Hartbeespoort Dam, situated in the quaint artistic village of Kosmos, less than an hour’s drive from Johannesburg.

The sprawling, spacious 3 level house with blissful dam views (as well as views over the Magaliesburg and Witwatersrand mountains) is the entertainer's dream and designed for maximum comfort.

Accommodation is provided in 6 spacious bedrooms (the house can accommodate up to 16 guests), 5 lavish bathrooms plus a guest loo, open plan living areas including a huge kitchen with scullery and all the modern conveniences including washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The house has 2 lounges, dining room and verandah overlooking the dam with swimming pool, wicker furniture, gas and charcoal braai.  

Upstairs is the main entrance with lounge, dining room, kitchen and main bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with dam views. The lounge and dining area open onto the expansive deck with pool.

The middle level comprises an additional lounge and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.  The larger bedroom opens onto another private verandah.

The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom.  The larger bedroom on this level opens onto the garden.

There is a 6th bedroom (en-suite) which has a separate entrance from the house which can be rented additionally on request.

A R2 000.00 refundable breakage deposit is required to be paid with all bookings

Should you want to hold a party or event please inquire and give a detailed explanation of the party/event and number of people attending and the owner will take it into consideration. Note parties and events may increase the pricing and security deposit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property - we booked out the house for my bachelorettes (16 ladies) and we were amazed by the breath-taking views! Excellent facilities. The furniture is a little dated, though we would definitely return!
