Overall: Good/Excellent
The stay was great. I can just suggest that the pools needs to be cleaned more often. The rest was great.

Susan your service was excellent. Thank you. I will definitely make use of UpandGo in future. As far as House 8 is concerned although comfortable and spacious, the kitchen utensils are in desperate need of an upgrade and a good clean. There is no braai dish, or oven pan, or decent bowls. The pans are terrible and the gas braai is broken, it needs to be replaced or repaired. We needed pliers to get the gas open. There also seems to be electricity going into the shower taps. It is a “shocking experience” J, to say the least. We needed to open the taps with a towel. This is so dangerous. And needs to be looked at.
I also think the sea view should be improved, with some pruning, and tree felling at house 8.

Cottage 8 were not happy as their cottage was not as well equipped as cottage 1. One would imagine that the cottages should be the same considering that we paid the same price? They need to modernise the cottages i.e. furniture and appliances. The pool area was something from a horror magazine where the house burnt out.
We had a great holiday in general and made the most of the facilities provided but will not book at Dream lodge again.

We had an awesome time at Dream Beach Lodge. It might just be a good idea to mention that the beach is not actually a swimming beach due to all the rocks and also a steep walk – especially for older people - but otherwise everything was awesome
House 8 was very well equipped.
Thanks again for your excellent last minute service – know I can always rely on you when I need a quick getaway
