The upper level houses the main living area which comprises a modern and well equipped kitchen, dining area and sumptuous lounge – as well as a separate, cosy television lounge. Off the dining area is a fantastic outdoor sitting and dining area, perfect to al fresco dining and entertaining. The master bedroom with sea views, dressing room and full en-suite bathroom is also on this level. The bedroom and living areas all lead onto a wooden deck.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences including; 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, dryer, ice machine and a food mixer.

Downstairs there are another four large bedrooms and an additional television lounge. Most of the downstairs rooms open onto the garden or wooden deck area.
