Stornoway Lodge in Lanseria borders the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site and is 5 minutes north of the Lanseria Airport.

Set on a tranquil lake in beautiful natural surroundings, Stornoway Lodge offers a selection of self-catering units. The accommodation at Stornoway Lodge is modern, spacious and luxurious – one of the finer hotels in the area.

The Farmhouse is a 4 bedroom, two bathroom unit with a modern kitchen with separate scullery, lounge with selected DSTV channels and dining area. There are 2 double bedrooms, a third which has bunk beds and a fourth room with 2 single beds. There is an outdoor family Jacuzzi with a private patio furnished with a dining table.

Lakeside Cottage is a thatched unit situated next to the dam and comprises one queen sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, separate kitchen with dining area, lounge with fireplace and satellite TV (selected channels) and Jacuzzi on patio with private braai facilities.

The 2 Apartments comprise 2 adjoining rooms (one of which is equivalent to a luxury unit and the other to a standard unit). The two apartments can be booked separately or together.

Silo is a unique 3 storey grain silo which has been converted into a comfortable thatched unit with a 1st floor balcony. The unit consists of a double bedroom with satellite TV (selected channels), bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette and a loft room with a sleeper couch and desk.

The Executive Suite offers luxurious accommodation consisting of a contemporary kitchen, a workstations, a sitting area with satellite TV (selected channels), DVD player and iPod docking stations, a private braai area and a lavish bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The Luxury Suites have a king size bedroom with satellite TV (selected channels) and en-suite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a private patio overlooking the pool with private braai facilities.

The Standard Rooms have queen sized beds with a large en-suite shower. The rooms are equipped with Satellite TV (selected channels), a microwave oven, bar fridge and a Weber Braai.

The luxury safari Tent is privately situated overlooking the lake.  The tent is equipped with a double bed, satellite TV (selected channels), a patio with comfortable couches and weber braai, a full en-suite bathroom and a microwave oven and bar fridge.

Indulge in a delicious meal at the popular "Fat Olive" restaurant, an ice cold beverage in the ‘beach bar’, or take a complimentary paddle canoeing on the lake, or try your luck with fishing.
